Standard 81 states a facility must have access to the relevant pesticide  regulations.  For individual products, that may be the relevant SDS sheets.   

Pesticides are subject to Federal Regulation under the Pest Control Products Act and its various regulations.   

Sale of pesticides are subject to provincial regulation under the Integrated Pest Management Regulation Act.
